Warm Chai Shake for that crisp winter morning ~
Just mix 1 c milk of choice (dairy, soy, almond) warmed, 2 scoops Shaklee Life Energizing Shake Vanilla, 1/8 tsp. allspice, 1/8 tsp. ground cloves, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. ginger
Add the warmed milk and the spices into a blender and blend till mixed. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and enjoy!
Time saving tip: The first time you make this, as you measure the spices for that day, also measure the spices into a small container so you’re set for the next time!
Chocolate Almond Energy Bites
In a saucepan warm 1/4 cup maple syrup and 1/4 cup coconut oil; then add 1/3 cup cocoa powder and 1/2 cup sunflower butter. Whisk until texture is smooth. Add 1/2 cup old fashoned oats, 1/2 cup Shaklee Chocolate Protein Powder. Roll in chopped almonds.

6 ounces water
2 tablespoon unsweetened apple juice
1 teaspoon orange juice

In a pint size jar add:
3/4 cup Vanilla Life Shake Protein
3/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats (pack down by tapping on a hard surface)
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Attach a card with this recipe and a note to add:
1/3 cup local honey
3/4 cup peanut butter
Combine and scoop into balls/ Chill before serving.
